Refund policy
Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art and the Momentary aims to provide a great shopping experience. However, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. We accept product returns within 30 days of receiving your item.
How to Return an Item
To start a return, please contact us at storeinfo@crystalbridges.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Items must be in original condition, new and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately to help evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected. At that time, if your return was approved, an automatic refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
